VW Midget that has been stored in the mid 1990's, I really don't know much about it I am selling it for the familly of a friend that has had it sitting for about the past 18 years or so.It has been stored in doors, there is no crank or pistons in the engine that is sitting in the car, it apears that it has cought fire and burned part of the hood at noe time. There are alot of parts as you con see in the pictures but I don't know if it is complete, what you see is what you get. Here is the owner history that is written on a recept from Mike Lang when John bought it March 3, 1993:
The car(according to the recept by Mike Lang no other papers to back it up)originally belonged to Doug Caruthers, Driven by: Pancho Carter, Car was built 73-74 Gary Bettenhausen, Car won the USAC National Championship 74-75 Rich Vogler, Jimmy Caruthers, Jr. Knepper once owned this car, Tommy Thomas, Bob Lowe owned car and Mike Fabianac. Roy Caruthers, Chris Cumberworth know the history of this car. All this info is written on the original recept when John bought it from Mike Lang, Mike Lang also states on the recept that it is the first Edmunds VW Midget ever built by Don Edmunds. All this history is listed is written on the recept and this is all I have no other papers, it is sold as is what you see is what you get. You are welcome to have the car inspected through ebay or any other company. All I have is what you see in the pictures for this car, nothing more. Please bid only if you are going to buy the car.
