Bill Johnson, former CARC president, lifetime member, Second Creek pit steward, CNS pit steward, and long time car owner passed away from cancer. Bill was a real racer and friend. He was a master upholsterer who did many show car interiors. Bill will be well remembered by the many people whose lives he touched. Rest in peace Bill.
Arrangements will be forthcoming.

Bill was a great friend of mine, he did a lot of work for me, as Chris said he was a master when it came to upholstery work. I spent alot of time in Bill's shop and his home garage just shooting the breeze and bench racing. Bill will be greatly missed.
RIP my friend

Just one of the many great cars owned by Bill and driven by Denny Clark. Bill was the 84 & 85 CARC President and owner of B&D Upholstery.

For those of you who knew Bill Johnson, C.A.R.C. President and Life Time Member, And for those of you who didn't know this great man, There is a nice piece in today's paper on page 15A about him. I hope you can take a minute to read it. I was told there were 400 people at his memorial, and a lot of Club Jackets. It was wonderful to know Bill was remembered by so many Club members.
