Here are some shots taken at NASCARS 1991 Southwest Tour Awards Banquet, on January 31, 1992. On this night, Rick Carelli would be honored as the Champion of this division. Steve Johnson would also be honored as the "Rookie of the Year".
Carelli, driving the Marshall Chesrown owned and sponsored #6 late model, won the championship by 56 points over Ron Hornaday Jr., which was the closest margin up to that time in the series history. Crew Chief, Joe Garone would be instrumental in the teams championship.
