I thought I had found the site of all sites about racing until now.Rumbledrome beats them all as far as content. On the home page is Gary Doyle on board tracks,pre-war and post-war Indy racing, plus many other old sites to visit.Click here for the home page:667 (http://www.rumbledrome.com/index.html)Don't miss the Barney Oldfield sites.

If the website wants to install an add-on just click the "X" and it will disappear.

On another harder to find Rumbledrome site are American championship car races from 1909 until 2009.All the way to the bottom is a list of years you can click on.If you get lost just come back to this post and start all over. For the winners of races for championship cars click here:668 (http://www.rumbledrome.com/1909.html)More pics are in the 10 yr grouped dates.

Real neat stuff, Dad! I can't get over how CLEAR some of those real old pictures are. I've just scratched the surface on looking at this one.

How funny! One of the many great pictures is from 1911. In turn 4 of Indy there is actually a sign posted next to the track warning drivers not to turn around and drive in the other direction!

HI Olen,
This is a great sight. Thank you. Isn't it amaising what we can find on the internet? If only we could find a cure for the common cold!.
Love you,
Miss Peggy

I've always loved that Bellanger 99 car, what a beauty. Great find Olen.
