Hi I am Harold Schafer I live in Page Az, I have been at lake side since I was a young kid we moved up there in 53 and I attended races there untill I moved here in 75, Myself and my brother gary both had cars in the modifieds in late 60s to mid 70's # 53 and # 63 I also was half owner of the 73 for a couple years, I am a life member of the carc and still have their decals on my vehicles, those races were the best part of my life, I hate it that that old 1/5 mile is gone. I have been on many of the other web sites that have gone under and still on the carc site however, we raced and Cheyenne and at the springs also and century 21 as well as englewood, I also done some drag racing as well as did my brother at cdr and in Kansas also. hope I can learn how to use this site, I lost a lot of my pictures as well as my brothers after posting on other sites after his death.
