These car are mostly free lanced, I am planning to build specific cars on real prototypes, soon! Built the way the real ones were built in the day, not from a racecar kit. A lot of kitbashing, part scrounging, aftermarket, and Evergreen plastic tubes, rods and sheets. I mostly make my own decals, too, although the sign shop is temporarily closed till I get a new printer!

I saw other model cars here, so I will post mine here, too. Please correct me if I am in error!

Enjoy!

Yikes! Slim, these are VERY well done. Model building is such an art. I was never very good at it but my brother Mitch was awesome!

Your stuff is outstanding.

Fogarty? I presume? Thanks for the props, love this site! Got a little taste for Colorado racing when I lived there in the early 90's!

Yeah! Those are really nice. Recognize some of those from the CJA. Love the mud splatter on the #202. Look forward to seeing more.

Great work slim, I have seen your work in the other forums. Thanks for sharing. I like to build as well. It helps to see what can be done on the small scale. Keep the photos coming

Awesome builds. I've been waiting to get on Fred's site. You just did a 64 Ford that blew my mind when I saw the start of it. Thought someone was building my sportsman car from Hales Corners in 1972!! By the way, I'm told you are Gary Schmidts half brother. Just talked to him a while back. Later, Rett Rundell
