I just found this site. Brings back a lot of memories. I raced at Pikes Peak Speedway in the late 60's and early 70's. I mostly drove '54 Buicks. They were relatively big cars, but I managed to win one main event. (Ron Cogdill came in second)

Another name from the past . I'm glad you found this board . There are a few of us Pikes Peak Speedway fans here . I sure remember your Buicks . There is a thread about Pikes Peak Speedway over in the famous race tracks section , also threads on Ronnie McDowell and Larry Carnes in the drivers section .
