When I was growing up we had a '50 Cadilac Coupe DeVille 2 door hard top. Fender skirts, smooth lines to the gas cap under the tail light.

It was rarely washed...my brother and I dusted it with treated cloths. What a shine! Every summer we would take a 2 week vacation and 1 week was usually out of state. That was a great car to travel in. Dad sold it to a "hot rodder" and it was painted canary yellow. Oh, the sacriledge.
