My condolences to the Reeder family as well. Junior was whole different breed of racer that only comes along every once in awhile.

Thanks for all the GREAT memories Junior. Rest In Peace.

I'm really sorry to hear of Junior's passing. He was absolutely fearless and was a star. Anyone who watched figure 8 racing at Englewood Speedway in the '70's knew the chartreuse or "Reeder Green" snarling #141 '57 Chevy that Junior drove for Butch Orzulak. Fan or not you were aware of Junior's presence on the race track. Whether it was blasting around the corners with tires smoking or charging the "X" with nerves of steel. We've lost a real character and that is sad. Rest in peace Junior, you're in real good company now and I'll bet you and Rich Codner are having a good laugh.
Our condolences to the Reeder family

Junior Reeder . . . I had seen Junior race that green '57 Chevy at Englewood in the figure eights several times. He seemed absolutely fearless, with lots of steel and grit, the kind of racing that got your attention.

My salute to Junior Reeder . . . R.I.P.
