Todd is the son of our dear friends Mike and Ellen Colitti.
For those who don't know, Mike was the mechanic and a builder on the #29 Lakeside Midified in the '80's. Chris and Mike have been friends for 39 years.
When his partner left the ride Mike and Ellen drove down to Phoenix (Jay left the ride about 150 miles west of Phoenix) and Mike has been with Todd since as his safety and support vehicle. At the current time we expect Mike to stay with Todd to the end of the ride in St Augustine FL. Mike won't be home until May.
Todd is a Lieutenant with the Waterbury, Conn. fire department
We pray Todd has a safe trip.
And thank Ellie for keeping us informed.
