Check out this beautiful Watson roadster, it was turned into a sprint car in the late 1960's, early 70's. A.J. Watson himself helped restore this car, here it is on track just prior to this years Indy 500, this is how it appeared at Indy as the Racing Associates Special in 1963.

Check out this guys amazing photo's of several restored Indy cars taking laps around the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, just last month. Rick Lane is his name, his photo's are great.

I agree with Olen, lots of great looking cars, but none better looking than the 46.

Check the laydown on that Offy - the intake stacks are almost pointing straight up! AWESOME car!

Thanks for sharing. I see Mr. Watson out and about driving his "Smart Car." Yes he's driving one of those little bitty cars that a wind storm could blow over. I call them stupid cars. That might not be fair, but I sure would hate to get hit my a full size pick up truck in one of those little things!

He sure built some beautiful race cars. If you go to my personal site here on ARM you can see my version of sallops. It was the last car I owned.
