It is with a heavy heart that the Tearney/Duggan clan announces the passing Friday last, of my cousin, Pat Duggan--age 71. While his name might not ring a bell with local Colorado racers, we have all bought race fuel at one time or another, from the local tracks, including CNS, from the orange Duggan oil truck..Pat was the owner of Duggan Petroleum, on south Sante Fe, in Denver. He also supplied fuel to all the Phillips 66 staions in the area. Pat was an avid drag racer in the 50/60's, before leaving racing to found he company. He was also an avid old car collector, included in his collection was a 1917 chandler, and a Ford gas truck--same era---my family walked in many St Patties day parades behind his cars--(the tanker had a keg of Guiness in it!)--he will be greatly missed by our large Irish family--Kevin Tearney and the Tearney/Duggan clan---rip Pat
