This is an unusual picture. I do not remember Nancy Campbell driving the Lester Kelly owned/Billy Vaughan driven #85 modified. Here though, it appears that Nancy is recieving a trophy from Sam Gallo. I do not know who the other woman was in this photo. Billy Vaughan was a consistant Trophy Dash and main event winner at Colorados Lakeside Speedway. Nancy is standing to the left in this photo.
