In the first photo here, Jim Brown looks pretty happy after winning one of his many Main Events on his way to the season championship in 1985. This car was fast, and it was a great looking car as well. Jim struggled for many years in the modified and late model divisions, but in 1984, he won his first main event driving my car in this, the limited late model division. He built this car over the winter and when he showed up, there was no stopping him. It was fun to see the struggling end and to see a smile on his face.
In the next photo, Jim Brown #77 holds off a determined Rick Losh #95. This was probably a trophy dash or a fast heat in 1985.
