Do you remember (I beleive the first race) when Clarence Kreiger rolled almost the entire back straight on the mile? Turns 1 & 3 were just hold on AND hope nothing was there.

George and Larry Dechant got Erie (cns) from Gene. When the season started, after about six races it was George's. There was a big deal about the "Driver Owner Conflict".
