This is mostly for Slim Louis and vintagemodman. I raced Hales Corners, Cedarburg, and Slinger from '66 til '80. Mostly Sportsman and a little Late Model. So I remember Solsrod, Gino Wagner, Ken Toulgan, Mouse, Etchie, Fuzzy too. Frank Smith and Jimmy Lord helped me a lot when I first started. It's a kick see the old pics. Even found one of myself on this site. I won a race in a car owned by Billy Sieske at Slinger. It's on the Slinger pages somewhere. I'm runnin' on guess I'd better go. Tell Willie I said hi!! I think that was 1972. Good memories. Frank may not remember me tho. I remember the first time I ever out qualified him. When we we lining up, I hollored over...What the h... am I doing behind you. He just said "ya went faster!" I was a pretty much just a rookie and just starting to run with the big boys. Jimmy Lord was a good friend. He just called me last year for the heck of it. Ah yes, good memories. I'm retired and started building models again. That's how I found this site. I'm runnin' on, so....later....Rett

Do either of you have any old pictures from Hales Corners or Cedarburg? I would love to see some of that stuff. It sounds great.

Most of the pics I have would be of my own cars. Maybe some others. That would be sportsman and some late models. I've got some hanging on my office wall and some in scrap books. May take some work but I could probably do it. Also, I'm not sure how I can get them onto the website. Sure would like to help if I can.

Let me know if you are still interested and maybe you can help guide me thru the process. I'll have to resize and do a lot of things I haven't done before. I would like to learn.
