THE COLORADO AUTOMOBILE RACING CLUB (CARC) 2015
The CARC is excited to announce a 4 race competitive racing series for the 2015 season. This series will compete solely at Big Country Speedway in Cheyenne, Wyoming concluding with a Championship race on Sept 12. The schedule: June 13 (CARC & HPM) July 18 (CARC & HPM) Aug 22 (CARC & HPM) Sept 12 (CARC Championship & HPM) In the SPIRIT of keeping Modified Coupe Racing Alive...NONE of these races conflicts with an aggressive 9 race modified coupe series at CNS. Further, the races at BCS are in conjunction with the High Plains Modifieds (HPM)... racing together... but with separate points championship and payout. This is a CARC series (CNS races do not count towards the CARC Championship.) The 2015 season returns to classic CARC roots: - Basic safety inspection - Rules enforced by the SPIRIT of the rules (No post-race inspection) - Competitive GUARANTEED payout - Having FUN Numerous individual sponsors have joined together to... "KEEP THE CARC ALIVE IN TWO ZERO ONE FIVE" Rules for the 2015 season will basically mirror the 2014 CARC rules (with NO NEW TIRE RULE) (Radios, HANS device and fire-system are optional) The success of the 2015 season will strongly influence the FUTURE of competitive Modified Coupe racing. DON'T STAY HOME...FANS,OWNERS,DRIVERS SUPPORT THE CARC IT'S FUTURE DEPENDS ON IT |
