Question... Suntana Raceway History

I'm trying to find out when Suntana Raceway (Springville, UT) became an operational track. I know that it was originally Turpin Speedway (a dirt track) and was paved when it became Suntana sometime around 1970 but trying to pin down the exact year. Anyone a history buff on here? Or better yet, anyone race there?
