I don't know anything about this car. Another Brownie shot, luckily for me, with notes on the back. Is Ellis the producer of "Evans Denver" steering boxes?

JimmyK, I believe Evans was the steering box manufacturer, he ended up with a Kurtis Offy that became the Foss Campbell #4, I'll put some pic's up on the Ellis Evan's KK when I get a chance. Here's one of Foss in the #4. Never seen that car before, does it say where that shot was taken?

There's nothing else on the original other than a name and the year. Any help to ID the car would be appreciated. I didn't know he owned Foss' car... Joe would I'm sure.
Also, looking through one of Mom's albums I found a couple of nice shots of Duchess. One seated in the Buzzard Taxi #6 and one posed with Johnie Tolan. I'll get these scanned soon and post to pay tribute. Without photos from Dutchess studios, we wouldn;t have much of a collection! |

Jimmy does this look like the same car?
Here's Evan's Kurtis Offy. Foss in the Ellis Evans Kurtis, after Campbell bought the car. Again, thanks to Bill Hill and his great book, "Decades of Daring" |
