Default Carlos Pardo in Nascar Mexico Crash

June 14,2009
In the NASCAR MEXICO race in Pueblo, Carlos Pardo was on the 97th lap when he was nudged from behind, causing him to spin out and crash into the wall at the pit lane entrance at an estimated 120 mph. He was taken to the hospital by helicopter where he died 45 minutes later.

Pardo was later awarded the victory as the race was called due to a time limit after the accident. He was in the lead at the time of the crash.

FYI: You can put YouTube videos directly in your post by merely pasting the YouTube URL in your post, like this....

That was a really tragic crash, clearly that wall was not in a good location and they will need to alter that track to make it more safe to race.
