Found this elsewhere on the internet, not Colorado but it's Giba's car in the early 1960's, sponsored by "Harry's Motors", looks like Joe in the blue coveralls. Not sure where this was taken, or what year it was.

Please see my post as a new member. It tells a great story about Joe sneaking me into the pits when I was 16. He was a really kind hearted and lovable guy! I will always remember him as giving me my first pit pass and getting me into the pits for the first time!
