the red 42 from e.r.a. in 86 listed owner/driver/crew but had another crew listed. what kind of "crew" was it & who were the members?

Pete Brandenburg raced a midget that had the #....was painted..........and had a.........painted on it. All of these were considered bad luck on a racer. What were those items?

A Lakeside sedan owned by Pat VanDyke and Ernie Reese was destroyed on its maiden journey. What name was given to this beautiful modified and what # did it carry??
