Dave Tansey - Auto Racing Memories

Hello,
To those of you that know my father Dave Tansey, I wanted to let you know that he was diagnosed with Lymphoma Cancer and will begin chemotherapy next week. The power of prayer is truely amazing and our family is asking that you keep him in your prayers. We do not know what the road ahead will be like for us but know that he needs the love, support and prayers from friends.

We got the final result of my dads tests. He has stage 4 lymphoma cancer. The cancer is in his chest, lung, stomach and bones. He will begin a form of chemo next week. He has a very positive attitude and plans on fighting this head on! Thank you everyone for your kind words (messages), thoughts and prayers and continued support! He reads your messages and it is uplifting!!

Hi there.... Bob Jeffreson from Sydney Australia here.
If your dad can keep that positive attitude and fighting spirit, he can beat this thing.
I've just endured an exhausting 9 months of chemo and radiation on an aggressive stomach cancer and came out a winner, as I didn't want to let it beat me.
My Oncologist said if I gave in, the cancer would overtake me. So I refused to give in and won the battle.
Pass on my best thoughts to your dad.

The power of prayer is truely amazing. After my dads 3 chemo treatments the pet scan shows no more cancer cells. He is extremely exausted from the treatments, but his spirits are higher than ever with the incredible news he received. I want to thank the Lord for answered prayers and to you, his friends for your prayers, kind words and support.
