In my humble opinion...the best dirt track driver of all time...Eugene "Jud" Larson squeezed into Ashley Wright's beautiful "Hardwood Door Corp" Kurits Kraft midget with Offy power. October 7, 1957 at Terre Haute, Indiana. One of my favorite photos.

Jud partied pretty hard...his ticker was giving him trouble so he took a couple years off. He made his comeback in 1963 in Speedy Helm's Chevy, a shot of him in is comeback at the Iowa State Fair.
