Default Lakeside Speedway birthday cake

Hey guys (and gals) check out my sweet birthday cake that my daughter and nieces made for me. It's a replica of Lakeside Speedway complete with grandstands, Pepsi sign, and molded chocolate kurtis midgets.

My 16 year old daughter is fascinated with vintage midgets after me and her stayed up late the other night snooping through my Decades of Daring book that Thomas sent me.

That's the neatest birthday cake I think I have ever seen. Those girls have to be proud of that one. It's a good thing they didn't put 44 candles on it.~Olen

I think the "ace of cakes" of the food channel better watch out for your girls. That is the best birthday cake we've ever seen. Glad you got pictures before you started eating the midgets...That is what you ate first wasn't it??

The cake was a delicious chocolate and was served with my favorite coffee ice cream.

Yeah... they are really doing some cool stuff. They make wedding cakes and specialty cakes. Their niche is they make the cakes not just for looks but all the cakes are really good to eat. (moist and yummy)
