Default 1970's Indy cars

I'm not a huge rear engine race car fan, however, some of the Indy cars of the 1970's were pretty interesting looking. Even then you could still see the car builders personal influence, although aero-dynamics were dictating race car construction, a filed of 33 cars (Indy 500) or 24 to 28 cars on smaller ovals, had a wide variety different looking race cars.

Lee Kunzman, Gary Bettenhausen battle at the Milwaukee Mile, 1972

Billy Vukovich II at Michigan 1973, Turbo Offy power.

Mike Mosley at Indy 1972, A.J. Watson's Eagle. Offy power.

Gary Bettnehausen in Roger Penske's McLaren at Indy 1972 Turbo Offy engine.

A.J. Foyt in his Coyote at Indy 1972. Foyt/Ford engine.
